Subject	Window motor track wont align with my window bolts

Message	Hi I am having an issue matching my lower bolts on my window to the window motor track. I have just repainted my whole car and had to manually lower the window because I have no battery due to the engine build taking place at the same time lol. So I took out the four bolts holding the window motor assembly and the n took out the two nbuts holding the window to the track and now I am trying to put it all back together and I can get my four bolts in but I can not match the window on to the track. I have also put the to nuts on first but then I can not bolt the window motor assembly on the door. so if someone knows what is going on please let me know ( I did not take the window motor or regualator apart at all, all I did was let it sit in the bottom of the door with the window not attached) thanks
